"Your troubles will cease and fortune will smile upon you"

Eventually at some point in our lives we are faced with a situation that no one can ever expect.  It can range from various events but none the less we cannot be fully prepared for what may lie ahead.  At times I often wonder if what we go through in this life does not provide us a better eternity.  I'm not sure if those of you who are reading this believe in a higher being (whatever that may look like for you) but I often wonder if we are given certain situations that shape us into who we need to be for the future.  Recently my family received some news surrounding a family member that none of us were expecting.  However we must take it one step at a time, much like you who are reading this.  Whatever situation you face, you have to take it one step at a time.  We do not grow (traditionally) by leaps and bounds, but rather slow and steady.  I know at times it is tough to find that inner strength and courage to keep pressing forward, but in the end if we carry on we find that we are more than we could have ever imagined.  If you read the title of this post, you can defer that I am going to speak about laying down your troubles and freeing yourself from what binds you to your hell that you are experiencing.  But what does "Your troubles will cease" mean?  For me...  That means that you stop letting certain situations dictate how you are going to press on in the future.  You have to be the one that decides to fight and carry on.  Yes, people can surround you and cheer you on but in the end you have to find the heart to believe in yourself.  We all have this inner strength that is there and waiting to be used, however it takes certain situations for you start to believe that you can overcome anything.  I know at times we cannot see past what is in front of us, but if you try to push past that I can guarantee you that there is a fortune waiting for you.  There is hope standing right on the other side of what you face, there is a you who you have longed for. 

There is a peace inside of us all, we just have to step out and find that.  Once you find that peace, it is up to you to use it.  No one can tell you how to use that peace, because it is your peace and no one else.  So for today, do not let what stands in front of you be the end of you.  Push past that mountain and see a brighter future ahead of you.  Tear down those walls that surround you and learn to face any situation that life throws at you.  I know that this is far easier said than done, but you have to start somewhere in your life, so why not today.  Give yourself time to find that strength and once you do find it, use it to it's fullest potential.  I believe in you and I believe that you have a greater purpose here on this earth.  Find your hope and find something that gives you life and an abundance of joy.  Take each day in stride and don't lose sight of what you want to accomplish.  We are given a short amount of time to make something out of nothing, so don't let the nothing consume you.

Be A Man

Many times I wonder what I can write about that would be uplifting to someone who battles the same things that I do.  A lot of times I want to repeat what I have already written and it is tough coming up with something new to say.  I feel like a lot of times we always hear "oh be a man" or "You'll be fine".  But a lot of times it is tougher than expected to do what others give you advice about.  I find that mental health in individuals who has anxiety and depression is important to me and I don't want you to just "be a man" or "you'll be ok", I truly want you to be ok with who you are and what this journey has taught you.  I was recently trying to explain what anxiety was to me and I found it tough.  I found it tough to express what exactly it is that I feel on a given day.  It was a struggle to explain the emotions that I feel when I have entered into a public place or am put into a situation where I know that I have to face my demo...
