Stay for those who care

Stay for those who care.... I recently heard that in a song lyric (once again music speaks volumes for me) and it got me thinking. How many of us have just let go and have given in? How many people have just turned around and walked away from the battle for their happiness? How many people have left this world knowing that they were loved, but never believed it? One can say that it's easy to just throw in the towel and be done with it, most of the time depression can hold your head under water, and make it seem as if it would be easier to let go and give up... But what so you gain from letting go? Nothing really, you no longer get to be part of a world that yes at times is filled with darkness but there are still many bright spots to be proud of.  Many of you who read this may think to yourself that what do I know about the struggle of every day or what struggle you face, but I am here to tell you that if you stay for those who care, you will start to see the world in a new light, you will begin to know love and happiness again. Yes our minds can play tricks on us and yes I have not posted in a while ( more like 2 months), but here I am putting it out on the table yet again in hopes that someone somewhere will read this and begin to rethink their situation.

OK so I started with stay for those who care, but I'm going to finish with the rest of that lyric: "I'll make it worth it". You are given one life, one chance to make the world around you a better place, never let your depression stand in your way of being who you want to be.  You are worth it, you are exactly what someone in this world needs, yes times get tough and things may not go out way but stay strong friend and know that you are surrounded by those who care and want to get the best out of you.
